Hi, I'm C.

I'm sixteen.

Although I've never had a blog, I spend both my free and shouldn't-be-free time writing (which you can see most of right

here). I also play the piano and mandolin, take classes in French and Norwegian, and work at a writing non-profit creating youth writing events in Seattle.

I'll say now that I really love Seattle.

I collect CDs on import, maps of foreign cities and continents, notebooks, and old photographs of my parents and their families.
Music is a huge part of my life, as is poetry. I have strong opinions on both subjects.

Someday I'd like to live in France.

Why hello!



What you should know about me:
I'm 17 and this is my second blog, following Blackbird Fly, which I started in November. I love my friends more than practically anything in the entire world, and have known A, C and S for most of my life.

Moose are my favorite animals, orange and purple my favorite colors, I have a really bad case of wanderlust and am taking two languages, Spanish and Chinese, and want to start Russian this summer. I have three brothers, a wall completely covered in maps, and a collection of plastic dinosaurs. I don't know how I would survive without my cell phone or my planner. Music helps keep me sane, but I still manage to worry too much. I love words and writing, and in addition to photographs, its the only way I know how to show others my world.
