A Quick Note

I would like to make this quick post to announce two things:

1. I watched the last Doctor Who episode with David Tennant today. I would go on about it a lot, but I know that none of you watch it (or in the case of S, watch it anymore). It was very sad, actually, and afterwards I watched some older episodes that I had taped from the marathon this weekend. Laugh all you want - best show on television, end of an era and all that... The new Doctor looks good, though, from the little bit of him at the end after regeneration.

2. I told S on the phone the other night that the One and Only movie of the Georgia Nicolson books (only #1 and 2) was on TV and that I was going to watch it. Only bad thing about this experience was that there were still commercial breaks, so obviously bits were left out.

So let me say here, for posterity, that the weekend after my birthday this year we're all going to watch "Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging" at my house in celebration (I'm hoping the bits they took out included Sven, as I only saw him wearing a bit of an odd head-scarf and dancing in the background normally... disappointing)!
